Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
Item Information: Brand, model, color, nickname, and unique SipQR code.
Activity Information: Lost/found status updates and communications related to item recovery.

We do not collect payment or financial information at this stage.

We use your information to:

Register your retail item in the SipQR system.
Allow others to contact you (via masked SMS relay or email) if your item is found.
Notify you when your item is reported lost or found.
Improve our services and platform.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

When you create a SipQR account, you may choose to opt in to receive communications such as:

Opt-Out of SMS: Reply “STOP” to any SipQR text message.
Opt-Out of Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any email or update preferences in your account dashboard.

Please note: Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send service-related messages (e.g., a found item alert).

Your information remains stored while your account is active.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting sipquickreturn@gmail.com.
Deleted data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

Finder-to-owner communication is relayed through SipQR systems (e.g., SMS relay) to reduce exposure of personal details.
We use secure hosting providers and encryption to protect your data.
We may share information if required by law, or to prevent fraud or misuse of SipQR.

SipQR services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
